The reason for me writing to you is to express my gratitude for a superb job in both quality of service and product. Nowadays people are so restricted in time and energy that they are only motivated to contact suppliers when things go wrong; something we all do. However, due to the complicated process of our individual circumstances and the level of service from Buccaneer Pools, I feel this cannot go unnoted.

My first contact with Buccaneer Pools was at the SPASA Expo. Our circumstance for putting in a swimming pool in the “right location” on our block required more planning and organisation than normal. There were other more easily accessible areas for the pool, however you convinced us we were making the right decision in the location we had chosen.
After a couple of meetings we were certainly pointed in the right direction, even before any payment or decision to use your company had been certified. The fact that you were willing to assist with your time, understanding and experience at no extra cost won great confidence.

Since then the pool is now finished and we have just enjoyed our first summer using it! Your process of pool selection, installation, transaction, timing and finishing are all to be commended. You had your engineer check the site prior to any decisions for comment. Then you were able to work with us for the next 18 months throughout the entire process up until handover. Most if not all issues were dealt with promptly, efficiently and selflessly with one phone call to you.

Since, in the last 6 months we have recommended 2 families which have both purchased from you with the same gratification due to how great you were to deal with.

We appreciate your level of commitment and genuine concern to see families improve their quality of lifestyle with having a swimming pool.

Our salesman James was extremely helpful from start to finish. He managed to find a way to fit a pool in our limited outdoor space, and it is perfect. Even when James’ job was done the other staff at Buccaneer were fantastic, especially Victoria who was in constant contact until the job was complete. The final product is fantastic and we have lots of comments on how good the colour looks.
We would definitely recommend a Buccaneer pool.

Now that we have had final hand over of our pool last Saturday, I would like to mention how impressed I was with the Buccaneer trades people who installed our pool. From Wayne on the Bobcat, John on the excavator, Brett who basically installed the pool, the electrician and handover with Ian, I found all of them very professional and helpful. I would have no hesitation recommending to our family and friends a Buccaneer pool.

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge certain tradespeople from Buccaneer Pools and their quality of work performed during the installation of our pool. Our Handover Technician was very well mannered and extremely hard working with fantastic work ethics and is a credit to your company. The gentleman that completed our paving was also outstanding. A very amicable and pleasant person to have around.

The Pencil Compaction team also demonstrated exceptionally high work ethics and was very pleasant. I would like to thank the Customer Liaison Team from Buccaneer Pools who were my first point of contact and assisted throughout the entire process. Georgia & Cherie handled things with me very professionally and were extremely understanding of my circumstances; I highly compliment and thank them.

I was most impressed with our Installations Supervisor and team too. The manner in which they handled on-the-ground tasks on installation and delivery day was fantastic.
