We are looking for flexible, self motivated and goal orientated candidates to join our Apprentice Training Scheme. This three year apprenticeship combines on-the-job experiences with off-the-job training to provide the skills and knowledge needed to manufacture and repair composites/FRP components. This development opportunity will provide the skills required to construct composite moulds, build large fibreglass structures, identify equipment faults in technical equipment and take appropriate action to correct these faults, undertake major repairs to composite components, produce composite components using a range of laminating procedures, and interpret drawings to determine fibre type, and resin systems.
